A DUI driver miraculously escaped injury after knocking down a utility pole in Stafford last week, authorities said.
Juan Hernandez Rodriguez, 41, of Dumfries, was found inside of his overturned vehicle at Telegraph Road and Barnwell Drive following the crash just after 10:10 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said.
