This is all going exactly according to plan Long lines, desperate customers anxiously awaiting their turn, triumphant customers walking out of the store with their new phones - and all the media coverage that goes with it. But you can't keep them waiting too long, or their anger will turn against Apple and they'll buy from someone else. Apple knows exactly how far they can push this, and then there will be plenty of iPhones for all. Fortunately the people waiting in line at the Apple stores are generally more civilized than the typical Black Friday shopper. It's good to see that this one bit of the Steve Jobs mojo is still there.
Watching the video, the Governor does not look like he is ready to debate. It appears he just wants to run and hide.
