Both lanes have reopened after a crash involving a car fire on westbound I-287 on Monday morning near the I-684 interchange.

The incident, reported at around 9 a.m., was between I-684 (9A) and Westchester Avenue (Exit 8E).

Nearby, a landslide broke a retaining wall causing the closure of the southbound New York Thruway ramp (Exit 8) to the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway.
