Concordia Men's Golf wins Purchase Tournament

GREENWICH, CT. -- The Concordia men’s golf team had another strong showing, winning the Purchase College Classic at Fairview Country Club, Tuesday.

Concordia came in with a score of 317 for its top four golfers, besting host Purchase.

Earlier this season, Concordia placed eighth in the 16-team Dowling College Invitational.

Jeffery Schaller, who tied for first at Dowling, and Eutimio Fernandez-Meade each carded a three-over par 75 for medalist honors. The Deitte brothers, Sam and Will, shot rounds of 79 and 89, respectively.
