Concordia’s performance has earned placement in the top ten baccalaureate nursing programs in New York State and second regionally.
The 88 percent first-time pass rate surpasses both New York state (77 percent) and national (82 percent) averages.
“I am so proud of our students and faculty,” said Kathleen Flaherty, dean of nursing at Concordia, “This result is a testament to their hard work and dedication. The Nursing Program at Concordia is pleased to contribute to the college’s rising academic reputation.”
Concordia offers three Nursing Programs: a traditional undergraduate bachelor of science program, a 15-month, accelerated post-baccalaureate program for those who hold a bachelor’s degree in another academic discipline but seek a nursing career, and a registered nurse and bachelor of science degree completion program for registered nurses seeking a bachelor’s degree.
