The information gathered involves school atmosphere, community involvement, curriculum, equipment, facilities, management, safety, teachers and technology. Although Bronxville had administered the same survey in 2006 and 2009, the 2014 survey included new questions and new methodology. Therefore, the 2014 results will be used as a new baseline.

Besides specific questions, the survey includes an “Overall Satisfaction” result, which encompasses responses to all the survey questions. The overall score is factored on a 0-10 scale, with 10 being the highest.

The middle school stakeholders’ satisfaction ranked lower than that of the elementary and high schools’. Therefore, school officials plan to use the data to form plans for improvement.
