Bronxville School Foundation Announces New Board Members

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Bronxville School Foundation started the 2014-15 school year with four new board members and a new chairman of the board.

Ashley Hanrahan, former vice president of grants, was elected chairman of the board. Hanrahan replaces outgoing Chairman Christine Fitzgibbons.  

These are the four new board members:

Romy Coquillette

Romy Coquillette graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s in East Asian Studies and earned a master's in business administration from Harvard University. She is currently a part-time strategy and human resources consultant. She and her husband, David, have three children who attend Bronxville schools.

Kelly Mulcahy Dolan

Kelly Mulcahy Dolan graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Her last place of employment was at the Dreyfus Corporation as senior vice president, national account manager. She is currently a co-chair for The Barclays Classes and is serving on the Lawrence Hospital Auction Gala Committee. Dolan and her husband, Brendan, have three children who attend Bronxville schools.

Priscilla Newman

Priscilla Newman is a graduate of Michigan State University and received a master's in business administration from Yale University. She spent fifteen years in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and in private equity, most recently as a partner at Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe. She has served as class chair and class parent for her children’s grades. She and her husband, Ron Cappello, have two children who attend Bronxville schools.

Ed Sulimirski

Ed Sulimirski earned a BSE from Tufts University and an master's in business administration rom Columbia University. He joined JPMorgan and has worked as a trader in emerging markets and currently in credit markets. After some  time in London, Sulimirski returned to Bronxville in 2012. He and his wife, Edwina, have three children who attend Bronxville schools.

"These four new board members are exceptionally talented and committed individuals who bring a breadth of valuable experience to the Foundation,” said newly elected chairman Hanrahan. "They are certain to make significant contributions to our school and the Foundation's initiatives. I look forward to working with them."

The foundation's board also includes PTA Vice President Lisa Rao and School Board Liaison Jeffrey Rohr.
