The current board of directors consists of 30 people, including one member of the Board of Education, the superintendent of schools and the vice president of the PTA.
The nominating committee's primary role is to identify motivated, hardworking leaders for possible nomination to the Bronxville School Foundation.
Candidates must be village residents who would work with current board members to raise funds and support grants that would enhance educational programs in the Bronxville school district.
