In Bronxville, properties include a 4,068-square-foot property on Paddington Road on Paddington Road that is available for $2.395 million. A Colonial on Sussex Avenue is listed for $1.975 million. A four-bedroom, two and two half bathroom home on Orchard Place is being shown for $1.965 million.

For $3.395 million, buyers can purchase a 4,458-square-foot home on Ridge Road. A Valley Road property, originally built in 1902, can be had for $3.5 million. A six-bedroom home on West Plateau Circle is listed for $2.85 million.

In Eastchester, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom property on Huntley Road is available for $529,000. A 1,690-square-foot co-operative is being shown at $475,000. For $725,000 a California Road property can be purchased.
