New Agents Join ERA Insite Realty In White Plains, Bronxville

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Rosemarie Brower and Anne Conway have joined ERA Insite Realty Services. Principal broker Lou Budetti made the announcement of the new additions.

Brower, a longtime resident of Purchase, has joined the White Plains office as a real estate salesperson. She has earned both her Eco Broker certification and her Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designations and is a candidate for her GRI (Graduate, Realty Institute).

Brower earned her B.A. from LIU Southampton in pre-law and psychology, followed by a 1-year graduate course in Business Management. She has experience in the luxury market, having owned a turn-key service for high-end homeowners in the Hamptons for more than a dozen years, as well as luxury sales in Westchester. She is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Conway, a licensed real estate salesperson and Yonkers resident, has joined the Bronxville office. She majored in marketing management with minors in accounting and psychology and got her degree from Iona College.

She has used her expertise to create dominant and effective marketing campaigns for her sellers. Conway holds her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation from the National Association of Realtors.

In addition to strong listing and sales volume, Conway is also the exclusive listing agent for a half-dozen residential rental buildings in Yonkers, Bronxville and Mamaroneck.
