Eastchester Supervisor Anthony Colavita led challenger Michael Denning, with 79 percent of districts reporting.
With 31 out of 39 districts reporting, Colavita had 62 percent of the vote and Denning had 38 percent of the vote.
The race for Town Council was tied, with Frederic Salanitro and Luigi Marcoccia both tied at 50 percent.

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – Eastchester Supervisor Anthony Colavita was leading challenger Michael Denning on Tuesday night, with 28 percent of districts reporting.
With 11 out of 39 districts reporting, Republican Colavita had 1,285 votes and Democrat Denning had 692 votes, according to the Board of Elections.
For the first time in a decade, Colavita had been challenged for his position in Town Hall. Colavita took office ten years ago after besting two Democrats who split the party vote, opening the door for the Republican. He has subsequently run for re-election four times, with this being the first time he has faced an opposing candidate.
Denning, a veteran of the Eastchester and Westchester County Police departments, entered the political ring for the first time. After a decade under the same regime, he said that the town could “use some fresh blood.” He believes that what he lacks in formal training, he makes up with through his career and life experiences.
In the race for Town Council, Republican Frederic Salanitro and Democrat Luigi Marcoccia were both running unopposed for two open seats. Salanitro had 1,493 votes and Marcoccia had 1,499 votes.
