"The State of the County" It's citizens, It's Tax Rates and Small Businesses, would all be better of without the county Government at all. It's full of Redundant 6 figure positions already covered by state and local government, a bloated useless police force and costs the taxpayers hundreds of millions each year, other states have eliminated County government with great success and have been able to dramatically reduce property taxes. Eliminate County Government all together in NY
