WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Eastchester Highway worker died early Saturday in a one-car accident on Route 9W in Upper Grandview in Rockland County, according to LoHud.com.
The accident occurred when Vito Scavone, a 40-year-old Mount Vernon High School graduate, lost control of his car while headed north, crashing into adjacent utility poles, according to the report.
