- Wednesdays through Feb 10, 7 p.m. $120 for 6 classes
- Thursdays through Feb 18, 10:30 a.m. $140 for 7 classes.
Taught in a contemporary style, Pilates can correct over-trained muscles, improve posture and calm the nervous system.
Students will also increase core awareness, range of motion and flexibility all in a safe and effective manner. Focus is given to ensure proper movement, alignment and breathing.
Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.
