Junior League of Bronxville Seeking New Members

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Junior League of Bronxville will host two informational socials for prospective members this fall.

Each event offers women interested in joining the organization an opportunity to meet members, learn how to become an active member and obtain more information on how the league serves the community.

The informational events are at 9:15 a.m., Sept. 25, and 7 p.m., Oct. 1. Joining the league is a way to hone civic leadership skills, improve the community and have fun with like-minded women.

The Junior League of Bronxville has been an active and vocal women’s volunteer organization in southern Westchester since 1948, serving the areas of Bronxville, Eastchester, Mount Vernon, Tuckahoe and Yonkers.

League members donate more than 17,000 hours of community service annually and work alongside many  community programs and agencies.
