Eric Trump said his family enjoys eating at Guadalajara, a Mexican restaurant, at 2 Union Street in Briarcliff, off of Route 9.

Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, also owns Trump National in Briarcliff Manor.

Trump, the youngest child from Donald's first marriage to Ivana Trump, said his father's run for president has been amazing.

"I couldn't be prouder," Trump said last week after his father effectively wrapped up the nomination by winning the Indiana primary. "We want to win this thing."

The 32-year-old, who serves as Executive Vice President development and acquisitions of The Trump Organization, said his father will solve the world's problems if elected president.

Trump said America needs someone with the work ethic of his father, who only sleeps a few hours a night, rather than senators in Washington who often only work three day weeks.

In Westchester, Eric Trump has been heavily involved with developing his father's Seven Springs estate in Bedford. For more on the estate, including a video interview with Eric Trump, check this previous Daily Voice story by clicking here.

Seven Springs, built in 1919 by Washington Post owner Eugene Meyer (the father of Katherine Graham), was purchased by Trump in 1996 for $7.5 million. Its value now is about three times beyond that figure.

The Trumps are now reportedly considering building as many as 14 large single-family homes on the property after plans to build a golf course fell through.

"I was about 12, 13 years old at the time (the estate was purchased)," Eric, said in a video interview with Forbes.com. "My father, during the summers, would always put us to work. We were literally riding mowers around, we were mowing all the fields, we were cutting down trees. It was probably the best experience of my life in that it was the first lessons about development from my father. It taught me the building blocks of what we do every single day."

Donald Trump also owns Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville. The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.
