BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Lyte Body Fitness in Bronxville will hold a self-care mini-workshop Saturday to offer residents the essentials needed for reducing stress.
The workshop, which runs from 9-10:30 a.m., will discuss several easy self-care techniques that can be helpful in relieving and managing stress in a variety of situations. The techniques include:
- Pranayama and breathing techniques for stress management.
- Self-acupressure for nervousness and anxiety.
- Gentle stretching and yoga.
