Bronxville's Holly Rudd Performs In Solo Flute Concert At Library

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Bronxville native Holly Rudd will give a concert for the solo flute at the Bronxville Library on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 3 to 4:30 p.m.

The works Rudd will perform include Partita in A minor by Johann Sebastian Bach and “Danse de la Chevre” by Arthur Honneger.

Currently in her final year as a master’s student at the New England Conservatory, Rudd studies with the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s principal flutist, Elizabeth Rowe. Rudd spent this past summer at the Brevard Music Center performing under notable conductors such as Keith Lockhart, Ken Lam, Christopher Konig and Matthias Bamert.

The concert is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Bronxville Public Library.
