Why does the city let these crews rip up the streets? It took years and years to get this road re-paved and now only a couple of years later, its pocked with patches. There has to be a better way or approach to how New Rochelle maintains its roads. More government waste. View Comment

Who's going to want to live next to this? The Echo Bay development (slated to be built on the adjacent parcel) is doomed to fail and every homeowner is going to pay the price for years and years to come. Thanks Noam for letting this happen and kicking every financal problem down the road. Just man up and do something about NR's dire finacial situation before its too late. Or is it too late already?
