A serious accident that occurred on a stretch of the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway early Saturday evening in Greenburgh has been cleared.
The 7:30 p.m. crash, just south of Mountain Road and I-87, resulted in a vehicle fire. Injuries were also reported.
The roadway was reopened by 9 p.m.
