Tuckahoe Youth Association To Host Fundraiser

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Tuckahoe Youth Association will host a fundraiser Friday to help renovate Field Two at Labriola Field in Eastchester.

The association organized a No Limit Texas Hold 'em Poker Tournament starting at 7 p.m., at J.C. Fogarty’s at 60 Kraft Ave. in Bronxville. A $100 buy-in will include food and drink plus unlimited $50 rebuys for the first hour of the tournament.

Each player will receive 1,000 chips for the initial $100 buy-in and is eliminated if he or she loses all the chips. The player can spend an additional $50 during the first hour to get back into the tournament if that happens. The player must rebuy before the dealing of the first hand of the third blinds level.

The tournament will continue until one person holds all the chips and is declared the first-place winner. The last person eliminated will place second, the person before that third, and so forth. There will be brief breaks throughout the tournament.

The proceeds will go toward the renovation of Field Two at Labriola Field, including an improved seating area and construction of enclosed dugouts for players similar to those that exist already on Field One.
