Concordia's Ross Named to Cacc Softball Championship All-Tournament Team

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Concordia College sophomore Sarah Ross was named to the 2016 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Softball Championship All-Tournament Team by the conference office at the conclusion of the tournament.

Ross, of Dunmore, Pa., was one of 15 players selected to the team as she helped advance the Clippers to the second day of the CACC Softball Championship Tournament. She pitched a complete game against the eventual CACC Champions, Wilmington University (Del.), allowing only one run in a 1-0 defeat in the first game of the tournament. Offensively she provided an RBI in Concordia's 6-2 win over Dominican and drew three walks in three games overall.
