Concordia Baseball, Softball Alumni Games, Fundraiser Postponed

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. — The Concordia College baseball and softball programs have announced that this Saturday's alumni games have been moved to Sunday, Oct. 11, due to the inclement weather expected over the next few days.

The Concordia College baseball team will join with the college's softball team for a fundraiser, rescheduled to Oct. 11, due to expected bad weather this weekend.

The Team Adriana fundraiser has also been moved to Oct. 11, along with the T-shirt and wristband sale originally set for Saturday.

Events start at 10:30 a.m., with the softball players shaving the heads of the baseball team in support of Adriana Aviles and her family.

Both alumni games will start at noon, with the baseball team's barbecue starting at 12:30 p.m. and the softball pizza party at 2 p.m.
