The Concordia College Clippers women's basketball team concluded the 47th Annual East Stroudsburg Classic Sunday with a 75-60 loss to host East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania.
Krystina Agard (Queens, N.Y.), who was named to the All-Tournament team, led all scorers with 21 points on 6-of-15 shooting from the field and 11-of-13 from the free throw line while adding eight rebounds and three steals for the Clippers, who fell to 1-5.
Sophomore Tara-Ann Rock (Queens, N.Y.) came off the bench to score 12 points for Concordia.
Concordia fell behind in the first half but rebounded in the second half as Agard scored 13 of 15 points to keep the Clippers close. East Stroudsburg closed out the game on a 10-5 run to secure the 75-60 victory.
The Clippers open their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference schedule Wednesday at Felician College in Rutherford, N.J.
