BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - Bronxville's Mary Cain won the women's mile at the USA Indoor Track & Field Championships in New Mexico Sunday, according to USA Today.

Cain, with a time of 5:05.68, became the first high school student to win a national indoor or outdoor championship since Allyson Felix in 2003, the newspaper reported.

Cain is a junior at Bronxville High School.
