The evening will begin with cocktails under a tent, followed by a performance in the new school auditorium by the Walter Blanding Quintet of Jazz at Lincoln Center.

“Each year the Foundation receives more and more grant applications with great ideas for projects that will improve the Bronxville School. The District’s budget is tight so proceeds from this event and from our annual community drive are more and more important to sustaining Bronxville as a top school," said Foundation Development VP Christine Fitzgibbons.

The Bronxville School Foundation was founded in 1991 by a group of Bronxville School parents and community members who were concerned that government support for public education was dwindling.

In its 25 years, the Foundation has made grants totaling more than $7.5 million for new curriculum development, educational programs and enhancements, technology, faculty professional development, facilities projects and specialized equipment, supplies and materials.
