Kathy Laoutaris To Be Inducted Into Concordia College's Wall Of Fame

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Concordia College Associate Athletic Director Kathy Laoutaris will be inducted into the school's Wall of Fame at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4.

The induction ceremony will be immediately prior to a men's soccer match between Georgian Court University and the Clippers of Concordia College as part of Homecoming Saturday.

Laoutaris began her career at Concordia as a member of Concordia’s 1992 New York Collegiate Athletic Conference softball championship team. 

Upon graduation, she was asked to join the school's coaching staff and was promoted to head coach in 1994.

In her 21-year coaching career, Laoutaris has won a conference regular season championship in 2011 and Coach of the Year honors in 2000 and 2011, while boasting a student-athlete graduation rate of more than 90 percent.

As Associate Director of Athletics, Laoutaris has immersed herself in the world of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference and the NCAA, most recently being named to the NCAA Softball Regional Advisory Committee.
