Eastchester Middle School Hosts Math Enrichment Course

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – The Teacher’s Institute of Lower Westchester will offer a 10-week math enrichment course for Eastchester Middle School students in Grades 6-8. The classes will focus on Common Core math topics taught in an exploratory fashion, according to a press release.

Sessions will take place from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. during Thursdays on Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30; Nov. 6, 13 and 20; and Dec. 4 and 11.

A make-up date is Dec. 18.

Dismissal will be after the late bus departs.

All classes will be led by Eastchester High School teacher John Gibson and will be held at the Eastchester Middle School, Room 156.

The cost is $160 and sessions are limited to 15 students.
