EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – Planning to do some house hunting around Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville this weekend? Realtors are hosting open houses in the area for those looking to find their dream home.
In Tuckahoe, a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is selling for $499,000 on Juana Street. In Eastchester, a 1,000-square-foot co-operative is available for $205,000.
In Bronxville, there are several million-dollar properties being shown this weekend.
On Governor’s Road, a six-bedroom, three-and-one-half bathroom Colonial on Governors Road is being sold for $1.195 million. For $3.95 million, buyers can purchase a 6,474-square-foot home featuring eight-bedrooms, six full and two half-bathrooms on Northway. A Tudor, originally built in 1929 on Fordal Road can be had for $2.975 million.
A co-operative on Brooklands is selling for $429,000. A two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on Rockledge Road is available for $319,000. A recently renovated, 1,630-square-foot property on Beverly Road is being sold for $960,000.
