ERA Insite Realty Of Bronxville Wins Company Honors

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – ERA Insite Realty Services, a full-service residential real estate firm with offices in White Plains and Bronxville, recently recognized its top company award winners for 2013, as well as almost a dozen agents receiving prestigious National Awards from ERA Real Estate.

One of its team of administrators was also honored with ERA’s National Coordinator of the Year Award, given to just one office coordinator in the entire ERA franchise organization in the U.S.

The company as a whole was ranked in the Top 50 ERA companies nationally for 2013. Louis Budetti, principal broker and company founder along with his wife, Debra, reported that the company experienced growth of 44 percent for the year, as well as completing 30 percent more transactions than the previous year, achieving their strongest year since 2006.

“This kind of growth is only achieved through the determined hard work and dedication of our extraordinary sales agents and tremendous support staff. Our success is predicated on making raving fans of each and every one of our clients,” Louis Budetti said.

ERA National Awards were presented at two levels, Circle of Achievement Awards, followed by awards for Circle of Honor.

Circle of Achievement awards went to Cynthia Leite, Andrew Slack, Rosemarie Smalheiser, and a team award to Dana and Wendy Topper. Circle of Honor awards were presented to Carla DaCosta, Michael D’Onofrio, Eva MacArthur, Miriam O’Malley, Allyn Perl, Michelle Prisco and Diane Sabato.

The Office Coordinator of the Year Award was announced at a special awards ceremony held at ERA”s International Business Conference in Los Angeles and was presented to office administrator Nicole Paterno .

Company awards at the Diamond Level were presented to Raymond Dutczak, Cynthia Leite, Miriam O’Malley and Rosemarie Smalheiser, followed by Gold Awards to Gabriela Kosek, Allyn Perl, and Edward Walsh. Silver awards went to Elizabeth Brosnan, Carla DaCosta, Andrew Slack, and Sonia Velasco, with Bronze awards to Michael D’Onofrio, Isiaka Guobadia, and Eva MacArthur. Dana and Wendy Topper received the company’s Team Award.

A formal awards ceremony was held in White Plains for all members of the ERA Insite Realty team, followed by a celebratory lunch recognizing the contributions of every agent and staff member. This was in addition to the recognition that was bestowed upon agents who attended the International Business Conference.

ERA Insite Realty's headquarters is at 600 N. Broadway in White Plains, with a second location at 120 Kraft Ave. in Bronxville.
