BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Bronxville-Ley Real Estate is hosting a discussion, “Relocating The Empty Nest,” from 7-9 p.m. Sept. 24 in the Yeager Room of the Bronxville Public Library.
Homeowners whose children have moved on can learn about lifestyle changes. People who want to consider how to avoid escalating real estate taxes and utility bills, and flee the responsibilities of yard work, snow removal, plumbing repairs and roofing maintenance, are encouraged to attend.
The panel of experts includes a move/transition manager, a CPA, a financial planner, a New York City real estate broker and other professionals. The discussion is free.
