Larry Schwartz was part of Andy Spano's crew that almost ran Westchester County into the ground.

Fortunately, Astorino handily beat Spano and Cuomo picked up Larry Schwartz from the unemployment line. Funny, Cuomo also just hired Andy Spano for some unneeded job too. Talk about patronage jobs.
