Served Warrant, Bail Jumper, Top Bronxville Police Blotter

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - A 20-year-old man from the Bronx was recently remanded to the Westchester County Jail after detectives from the Bronxville Police Department served a bench warrant.

On Friday, April 21, two detectives traveled to Hill Avenue in the Bronx to arrest Kelvonte Colclough at his residence after a bench warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to appear at a scheduled Bronxville Court appearance.

Colclough was processed in Bronxville and arraigned in front of Judge George Mayer, who ordered him to be remanded in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Other items on the Bronxville police blotter include:

  • On Wednesday, April 19, 32-year-old Bronx resident Juan Jiminian was charged with third-degree bail jumping, a misdemeanor, after he failed to appear in Bronxville Village Court. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Mayer, who released him on his own recognizance. He is due back in court next month.
  • Police launched an investigation on Thursday, April 20 when a Beverly Road homeowner reported that the front license plate had been stolen off of her 2013 BMW X3. The status of the investigation was not immediately available.
