According to the DA's office, Eisenberged plead guilty to two charges of promoting and possessing an obscure sexual performance by a child, a crime punishable by a maximum of seven years in prison.
In early February, investigators from the District Attorney’s office received a Cyber Tip Report from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, according to DiFiore. They traced the computer’s IP Address to a location in Westchester County where images containing child pornography had been downloaded.
On Feb. 12, ICAC investigators along with members of the Eastchester Police Department executed a search warrant on the defendant’s apartment and uncovered child pornography on Eisenberg's phone, two laptops, 3 external hard drives, as well as 17 flash drives. In total, over seven thousand illegal images were found.
Eisenberg is set to appear in court this upcoming October.
