On Thursday, the Eastchester Police Department issued a burglary alert notifying residents of a recent break-in, during dinner hour, in the Hutchinson Boulevard corridor. The home was not occupied at the time, but police reported that forced entry was made through the front door.
With the holidays approaching, police have warned residents that see suspicious people or vehicles in their neighborhoods to call the department at (914) 961-3464 to report any occurrences.
