BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - A Bronxville woman was arrested in Rockland County over the weekend when police responded to a reported possible disabled vehicle, only to find the driver drunk in the front seat.
Shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, New York State police in Clarkstown attempted to render aid to a possible disabled vehicle near exit 12 on I-87, where they found Bronxville resident Julieanna Wheeler, 46, intoxicated.
According to the police report, Wheeler was transported to the state police department in Tarrytown, where she registered a blood alcohol content of .23 percent - nearly triple the legal limit in New York.
