BRONXVILLE N.Y. - A Bronxville man was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree after he was accused of assaulting a 71-year-old man in a parking dispute, police said.
The 50-year-old man was charged with the class A misdemeanor in the incident that took place at Gramatan Court on Sept. 25 at 9 p.m., police said.
The man was released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance.
