Lois Goldberg, 72, Of Bronxville

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Lois Goldberg, 72, died on Sunday, Jan. 25, in Lawrence Hospital, in Bronxville.

She was born on Nov. 5, 1942, Goldberg was the daughter of George and Helen Cooper.

She is survived by her husband, Cliff; her sons, Robert and his wife, Francine; Carey and his wife, Kim; her sister Ronnie and her husband, John; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was affectionately called Manna by family and friends, was known for her vibrant personality and her love and devotion for her family and friends.

Calling hours are 7-9 p.m. Thursday, at Weinstein (Flynn) Memorial Chapel, 1652 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, N.Y. Funeral Service to be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, at the chapel. Burial will follow at Mount Golda Cemetery, 500 Old Country Road, Huntington Station, N.Y.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or to St. Jude’s Research Hospital.
