BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Donald Powell Blakeslee, of Bronxville, died July 12. He was 79.
Blakeslee graduated from Harvard University and the University of Virginia's Law School, living in Bronxville for more than 50 years as a real estate investor in Westchester County and the Bronx.
He was predeceased by his son D. Powell Blakeslee Jr., and survived by his wife Mimi, two children, Frances Stella and Thomas Blakeslee, and five grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fred H. McGrath and Son Funeral Home in Bronxville.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Reformed Church in Bronxville.
