BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Carolyn H. Anderson, of Bronxville, died Friday, April 1. She was 90.
She was born in Bronxville to Mildred and Myron Hovey.
She was a graduate of Elmira College and retired from the Yonkers school system.
She was a longtime volunteer at Lawrence Hospital, The Reformed Church of Bronxville and the Bronxville Girl Scouts.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Nancy Berman and her husband, Dr. Steven Berman, Thomas Anderson, and Peter Anderson and his wife, Laurie; and grandchildren, Kimberly Anderson and Jennifer and Joshua Berman.
She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Alden B. Anderson.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at Westchester Funeral Home, 190 Main St., Tuckahoe.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, April 21, at 9:30 a.m. at The Reformed Church, 180 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, with burial to follow at the Kensico Cemetery at Valhalla.
