What's Happening This Week at the Libraries

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. --Each week the libraries in Eastchester, Bronxville and Tuckahoe present events, book clubs, movies and many other activities. Most of the programs and events are free of charge but many require pre-registration due to space limitations. Here is what's going on at the libraries through Saturday.

Monday

The Bronxville Library will host story time for 12-to-24-month-olds at 11:30 a.m.

Wednesday

The Bronxville Library will present story time for 2-year-olds at 10:30 a.m.

The Bronxville Library will host the Knitting Club at 11 a.m.

The Bronxville Library will host the Dewey Detectives for children in second grade and older at 4 p.m.

The Tuckahoe Library will hold a meeting of the Knitting Club at 7 p.m.

The Tuckahoe Library will present Legos at the Library for children between the ages of five and 10 at 4 p.m.

Thursday

The Bronxville Library will present the film "Dolphin Tale" at 3:30 p.m.

The Tuckahoe Library adult book club will meet at 11 a.m.

Friday

The Eastchester Public Library will present the film "The Ides of March" at 1 p.m.

The Tuckahoe Library will hold Japanese Story time at 4 p.m.

Saturday

The Eastchester Public Library will hold an e-book reader class at 10 a.m.

The Bronxville Library will host the Jigsaw puzzle club for kids who are seven and up at 11 a.m.
