EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Maybe you already know what you're wearing on New Year's Eve, but do you know where you are going?
If not, there are several options right here at home.
There are still seats available at American Bistro, at the Crestwood Station in Tuckahoe. Bistro staffers say the fixed menu will include their famous pan seared sea scallops served with mashed cauliflower and prosciutto.
"Many people also love our salmon and our New York strip steak," said Pablo Manjairez, who has worked at the Bistro for eight years.
In Bronxville, at J.C. Fogarty's in Bronxville, the party starts at 9 p.m. when $40 per person will bring you an open bar, a buffet, party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. "The Kelty Twins," will perform live at Fogarty's as well.
At Mickey Spillane's in Eastchester, the Band "Twisted," will be providing music. There is no cover charge and a champagne toast and party favors are free at midnight.
Last but not least, if you are looking to stand outside watching the ball drop at midnight, you need not go any further than Depot Square in Tuckahoe.
The Generoso Pope Foundation is sponsoring a free New Year's Eve celebration which begins at 10:30.
The band "T-Bone," kicks off the night. But attendees can watch the ball drop from Times Square on two plasma screens in heated tents, complete with confetti, hats and noise makers.
