Eastchester Residents Can Still Register to Vote in General Election

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – It's not too late for new voters register for the Nov. 8 general election. Westchester County residents can download an application from the Westchester County Board of Elections, fill it out and mail it in with a postmark dated no later than Oct. 14. The board of elections must receive the application no later than Oct. 19.

If you prefer, you can visit the Westchester County Board of Elections and register in person at 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, Monday through Friday, between 9 and 5 p.m. The deadline for registration in person for new voters is also Oct. 14.

In Westchester County, all 17 county legislators are up for reelections, including Gordon Burrows (R - District 15) who represents Bronxville and Sheila Marcotte (R,C,I - District 10) who represents Eastchester, Tuckahoe and New Rochelle.

Residents in the Town of Eastchester – including those who live in the villages of Tuckahoe and Bronxville – have the choice of four candidates running for two seats on the town board. Republican-Conservative incumbents Glen Bellitto and Joe Dooley will face off with Democrats John Filiberti and Anita Rosner.
