EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- A chicken coop owner in Eastchester is facing criminal charges for having hens live in his yard, according to News 12.
According to News 12, Ben Rosner has received many summonses from the town for having four hens live in the coop.
News 12 reports Rosner told officials his neighbors did not have a problem with it but the town did.
