Crash Blocks Lanes Of I-95 Near New Rochelle Tolls

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- An accident blocked two lanes of I-95 north between Exit 14 for the Hutchinson River Parkway and the New Rochelle tolls on Wednesday morning.

The accident occurred at 8:41 a.m.

Stop-and-go traffic and delays of up to 30 minutes occurred in the area, according to the New York Department of Transportation.
