Bronxville Woman Charged with DWI in Yorktown

YORKTOWN, N.Y. — A Bronxville woman was caught driving drunk in Yorktown early Sunday morning, Yorktown police said. 

Gabrielle Bianchi, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, and speeding, a traffic violation. Police reported that on March 18 at around 2:15 a.m. they observed Bianchi’s vehicle speeding and conducted a traffic stop. Police charged Bianchi with DWI and when she submitted to a breath test and the result was more than .08 percent they added the other charge.

Bianchi was released after posting $250 bail and is due in Yorktown Justice Court on April 17 at 6 p.m. for arraignment.

- Keri Kramer, 19, of Shenorock, was originally charged with petit larceny after police said she stole a cell phone from an unoccupied vehicle in the parking lot of the Chestnut Shell Station. She was then charged with criminal mischief, a felony, after police said Kramer kicked and damaged a holding cell cage while at police headquarters causing damage in excess of $250. She is being held at the Westchester County Jail on $50,000 bail for the original charge of petit larceny.
