BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Although Bronxville Village Hall is open following Monday’s snowstorm, overnight parking will be restricted in the village as public works crews continue clearing streets and sidewalks.
There will be no overnight street parking villagewide, though parking will be permitted in the Cedar Street and Kraft Avenue parking lots without consequence. The Garden Avenue lot will be closed at 9 p.m. for snow removal.
According to Bronxville Police Chief Christopher Satriale, any remaining cars in the lot will be towed at 9 p.m.
LK1 permit holders may return their vehicles to the LK zone. There will be normal sanitation pickup on Tuesday.
According to the National Weather Service, a winter storm warning was in effect until 2 p.m. Monday. Snow and freezing rain are expected to continue through the afternoon, with temperatures hovering around 25 degrees. There is a slight chance of snow overnight, but Tuesday should see sunny skies.
