BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – After a 10-day hiatus, the Bronxville Public Library will re-open to patrons on Tuesday with a revamped look.
The library was closed since June 21 as construction crews refinished several floors within the Pondfield Road building. The library will be open to Bronxville and Eastchester patrons from 1 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday.
During the break, book drops were open, and as a courtesy, all due dates for library materials were extended through Friday. Those ordering materials using the online catalog will once again be able to place holds on materials.
Scheduled library events – which were cancelled during the floor project – will resume as originally planned.
