EASTCHESTER, N.Y. This week, the local kids are on winter break from school and to mark the occasion, The Daily Eastchester and The Daily Bronxville spoke with students who attend Eastchester High School and Bronxville High School to find out how they will spend their time off.
Kimberly Walters (sophomore, Eastchester HS): "I am going with my friend Christina and her family to their cabin upstate for four days and I am going to the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art with my grandma."
Aimee Macchi (sophomore, Eastchester HS): "I am working and hanging out with friends.
Claudia Nagy (senior, Bronxville HS): "I am planning to hide in a cabin to make music for a week."
Jan Roediger (senior, Bronxville HS): "I'll just sit around and read."
Hannah Whang (senior, Bronxville HS): "Nothing. I wish I could be going somewhere nice and warm."
Cole Madden (senior, Bronxville HS): "I am going to Mexico for break."
Connor Incledon (senior, Bronxville HS): "I'll be at hockey play-offs, I'm not going anywhere."
Regina Choi (senior, Bronxville HS): "My cousin's coming down from Boston, so I'll be touring New York."
