Photo Credit: Paul BufanoOn Dec. 15 and 22 from 12-6 p.m shoppers will be able to park their cars free of charge on Pondfield Road, Parkway Road, Palmer Avenue, Studio Arcade and in the Garden Avenue, Kraft Avenue and Avalon lots.
